What happened?

With #2787 corends should no longer bind to a public address but it still does.

when I delete the mounted Corefile and restart the netmaker container it will recreate it correctly:

    hosts /root/dnsconfig/netmaker.hosts {
    fallthrough
    }
    forward . 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
    log
}

but the bind %s is missing.

But according to fix it should appear.
