Tell us what happened, what went wrong, and what you expected to happen.

What I Did

copy a playlist link any will do.

Paste the command(s) you ran and the output.
If there was a crash, please include the traceback here.

Returned this link is not supported or the sight may not let me download from it. Please try again later.

I have subsequently tried to do this over a 6 month period and got the same result. ocasionally some youtube playlist links will work, but it's not consisstant, and no tracknumbers/album/albumArtist are supported.

Hey @eltonfreak, it should work for playlists now, test link:
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6D1DFED7726BF7AC

If it doesn't work, then it may be due to one of the following issues:

  1. Downloading the playlist took more than 300 seconds (5 minutes, DL_TIMEOUT setting) and was cancelled. I cannot afford to let every request take forever to be fully completed.
  2. Some of the videos were unavailable - be it private or some other issue - example playlist that does not work: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2C109776112A2BB3. I will address this issue on the next major code refactoring and rewrite. For now - sorry, don't have enough time.
