Please share a documentation to use this plugin. I had downloaded it and kept under includes/plugins directory. But it shows nothing in OST backend.

I just wanted to acknowledge that I have seen your issue. I currently don’t have osTicket installed, so it might take a while for updates. Maybe @hannsen can jump in and help.

For me it shows up under the plugins list. We are on v1.17 .
We have it under /include/plugins/osTicket-Drupal-Authenticator

Maybe it‘s a file permission problem. Make sure that the user for PHP can read the .PHP files. For example with Apache HTTP server, the default user is www-data. You might have to use the chmod or chown command.
