API 4: New features

This is a continously updated thread of new features for API 4.

• Working FATE information
• IME support for ImGui
• Toggleable asserts for ImGui
  => Will notify you of common ImGui programming mistakes
  => After an assert has been triggered, no further will be. You can use the "GUI" menu in Dalamud to turn them back on after e.g. reloading your plugin.
  => On by default until API 4 release
• Notifications/Toasts for ImGui
