Admin: Changing the account should ask for another keychain signature

If I change the account name the admin panel should ask for another keychain signature - if I do not have the authority to access this account - I should not be able to save the change.

Background: I have changed the account to "assadasd" and am now not able to login anymore & my superhive instance does not work anymore too
