Description

There is currently no way to remove an application from the Local Network permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network.

The user interface does not include a minus button at the bottom, as other sections do.
Additionally, tccutil is not able to reset permissions either.

Running:
tccutil reset All com.example.Test
won't remove Local Network permissions.

Please provide a way to reset these permissions, either with tccutil or with the UI, preferably both.
This is a significant pain for developers, as it prevents us from testing our apps appropriately for the new privacy permissions.
