To avoid islands for broader adoption, it is necessary to standardize account creation, identification (EOAs and Smart Contracts), and management across L2s.

Initial starting points for discussion:

• CREATE2 generalization
• Integration of self-soverign identifiers and EDDSA curves into existing digital asset wallets from funded Baseline Grants
  • RFPs: SSI + Digital Assets and EDDSA + Digital Assets
  • Proposal for implementation for the 1st RFP
