Running that workflow: https://github.com/EMBL-EBI-TSI/workflow-is-cwl/blob/master/workflows/cmsearch-multimodel-wf.cwl on WES-ELIXIR finishes successfully, but there are no outputs in GET run endpoint.
AFAIK the log parser does not handle correctly a situation, where some of the outputs are collections.
