Description

At the 2023-08-17 TC meeting it was decided to not include the email address of the TC members in GOVERNANCE.md but instead just link to the GitHub profile where people can include their email address.

Motivation

Privacy and avoiding email address harvesting.

Benefits

Slightly more difficult to harvest email addresses?

Possible Drawbacks

Slightly more difficult to get in contact with TC members? :-)
