solved: empty Maven Console

Few months ago, the Maven Console inside eclipse stopped showing logs (for any internal mojo logs, maven update, maven import ...).
I just figured it was because I had a custom logback logging config (-Dlogback.configurationFile= in my eclipse.ini).

I have that logging config because recently the eclipse cli plugin installer (-application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.director) started to be very verbose.
