We need to describe what the acceptable coding convention is for Ceylon code (for ceylon.language and the SDK), or at least the Javaisms to avoid.

E.g. eclipse-archived/ceylon-sdk#133

We already have https://ceylon-lang.org/community/presentations/eight-ceylon-idioms.pdf, but it's not really liked to from anywhere else on the site. Also it's a PDF, rather than HTML, and it's not really obvious about where to put this. I guess we could rework it and put it at the top level within /documentation/ ?
