GetAllNetworkInterfaces throws on Success on Android .NET 6

Description

When calling System.Net.NetworkInformation.NetworkInterface.GetAllNetworkInterfaces, instead of returning the result, a System.Net.NetworkInformation.NetworkInformationException is thrown with a message of 'Success'.

Reproduction Steps

MainActivity.cs:

#77260 was the 6.0 PR. Should be in the December servicing release.

I think we can close this issue:

• the core problem with failing GetAllNetworkInterfaces will be fixed when [release/6.0][Android] Backport fix NetworkInterface.GetAllNetworkInterfaces #77260 is released
• the problem with the cryptic error message is tracked in NetworkChange NetworkAddressChanged event throws NetworkInformationException on Android #77822
