  • DIP-1 should be made off-chain API only --bring in the PingCommand as both a health check for these endpoints as well as a simple way to describe an e2e flow -- this would replace DIP-1
  • Move TR to DIP-13
  • Make DIP-4 just about refunds
  • Make DIP-5 about Subaddresses, PaymentURIs, and subaddress transactions (note intent identifier becomes PaymentURI)
  • DIP-8 is on pause waiting for follow up from FirstDAG
  • DIP-10 is in progress in another thread -- basically simplify it so that it is purely about identifier exchange off-chain resulting in a PII-free on-chain exchange
