Improve placement of tracing controls

Been doing a LOT of debugging lately, and activating the tracer, then having to move the mouse cursor halfway across the screen each and every time to enable the trace mask has become quite a pain in the neck:

Couldn't those two controls be moved closer together?

Also, there doesn't seem to be any way to save the current debugging settings, or did I miss it?
