Hello,
When I trying to run any command related to XSOAR extension I'm getting:

What can I do to fix it?

I have a similar issue:

Did you find a fix?

Command 'XSOAR: Install/Update Demisto-SDK' resulted in an error
command 'xsoar.updateDSDK' not found

I am also running into this for all commands on 0.7.0. 0.6.2 still works.

I have the same issue. I had to uninstalled plugin 0.7.1 and install v0.6.2. What is odd is my other system has 0.7.1 and appears to have no issues.
