Is there any way to convert .dat file to .pb format or a .pb file to .dat format? Can you guide me please

I was trying to train a new model for getting 128 embeddings of the face, I am able to get a .pb model which gives 128 embeddings. But I need .dat type file. Is there any solution how to save the model directly into .dat format or can we convert .pb to .dat format.

I don't have any tools for this. There is a converter to caffe format in the tools folder, but that's the closest I have on hand.
