Run on windows

Can this engine run on windows at all?

I wanted to try it out but was wondering if it's possible (or a good idea, really) to run this on windows at all, of if it's possible to.

EDIT: or better - what's the best way one would approach to use this engine on a windows machine? VM? Docker containers? Just genuinely interested in the approach you'd choose.

I see no reason why it wouldn't run on Windows. It's a Ruby script after all. Try Windows Subsystem for Linux.
