Now we make call to our knowledgebase when a user asks any question. Should we cache answers and give them right away, as this information is not subject to frequent change.

Maybe we should enhance our knowledgebase API so it returns some flag which resources are subjects to change, which not.

It's definitely not for MVP, but we consider doing it sometime further if we agree that we need it.
