使用 heads up 通知作为安装弹窗的代替，可以避免因弹窗导致当前进行的任务被打断，也可以避免因为一直在操作当前应用导致弹窗出现在了当前应用的下层从而无法被看到（比如我在看网页，点了个apk开始下载，在下载器设定了下载后自动打开，但因为我一直在浏览器内滑动导致安装弹窗显示在了浏览器下方，只有再点开个apk开始安装才能看到之前打开的弹窗，使用通知代替安装弹窗就可以很好的解决这个问题）
