Export to WCA Competition JSON is kind of hard to use right now

Because the text field is not editable, select all doesn't work. Maybe we should have a copy button? Or maybe just a download button?

So I was typing up a "normally you need a Flash module to do this" response, but I found this: https://clipboardjs.com/

Bump on this guy :) As a short-term workaround, it looks like the following selects everything reasonably well (at least on mac, not sure about pc):

• Highlight the top few lines of text
• Cmd+shift+down (selects everything, including the Powered by CCM at the bottom)
• Cmd+up (unselects Powered by CCM)

Confirmed it was correctly formatted json by copy-pasta-ing the results into a linter.
