[Web Bug] - Self-Signed CA Certs - Provider Pods Can't Access xpkg.upbound.io #743

After applying the Provider manifest there are two pods trying to come-up:

provider-gcp-70a994bdf770-ff995cf6c-xjbs2
upbound-provider-family-gcp-e484219aceb5-84dd94b9dc-4kqwn

Because those pods doesn't have the ca-bundle-config configMap mounted to /certs they can't access "xpkg.upbound.io" to pull the image from

Provider package: xpkg.upbound.io/upbound/provider-gcp-storage:v0.41.0
