Unable to transform sagittal planes

Hello! I'm having trouble using SHARP-Track with sagittal brain slices. When I attempt to register the brain slices, the transformation appears to be off. I've updated my local repository and reviewed both issues #28 and #58, but I couldn't pinpoint the problem.

I would appreciate any suggestion regarding this. Many thanks!

It's been a while, so I can't be sure, but I feel like I've seen this kind of "off" when I skipped one of the preprocessing steps, probably HistologyCropper or SliceFlipper.

Even when the result of transform looked OK, I found a rather serious issue in depth calculations and I had to change the code quite a bit.

Hi @kouichi-c-nakamura, this fork worked well for me, thanks a lot for sharing! I really appreciate it. Does this version also worked well for coronal sections in your experience?
