Transform not saved problem

Hello. I have a some problem. first, I want to overlay with Slice viewer and Atlas viewver but when I press 'h' not happened.
also I pressed 'x', atlas located saved but transform not saved. That phrase will be printed out.

What should I do to solve this problem
