There are several issues around SSH and WSL that seem to be caused by how Continue is handling filepaths in these environments. Grouping under this meta task

Relevant environment info

- OS: WSL or other with SSL
- Continue version: all recent e.g. 0.0.79 jetbrains, vs code 0.9.226
- IDE version: any
