[Frontend] Generate automatically a SCD file from HMI.

User Story

As an integrator

I want to have an HMI in which users can initiate SCD automatic generation (through HMI components as a combo box, button ... ) from history data, SSD file andt its STD files

So that those informations could be sent to the backend service through an end point, and get as an answer a SCD file and List of encountered errors.

Acceptance criteria
Can't call backend service if one of history data, SSD and STDs are not present.
SCD file and List of encountered errors could be downloaded after generation
SSD and STDs are chosen from user system files
