Hello @morinoalaria, sorry to hear about that! I’m not away of specific issues and there have been a few successfully set up today and yesterday. Can you tell me more about the steps you’re taking and I’ll try to determine how to duplicate them?

sure :)

i go here
https://dfd-dashboard-setup.herokuapp.com/

and connect to google, then pick the analytics account I want to use.

then i click on Create app, and what comes up is

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Okay thanks, I figured it was something like that. I’m going to add some code to the builder to make it easier to diagnose this problem, and then I’ll report back here to ask you to try again with that better code. I anticipate being able to do this later today.

Can you try starting over from the beginning? I’m seeing a bunch of errors that say the Google code was already redeemed, which suggests to me that you might be hitting the back button in your browser and retrying a request using a stale or old Google credential. They become stale as soon as they’re used a second time—Google allows one and only one authentication request. We could make it harder to trip this error.

Scratching my head a bit. Would you be available for a screen share sometime? Early next week would be good for me; I’m on a flight all day tomorrow and a conference all day today.
