Options are greyed out and cannot be selected

I cannot select any of the IE View WE 1.6.4 option boxes using Firefox 93. They are all present, but greyed out. I have checked for MC

I cannot check any of the option check boxes, especially the "Close blank tab left after redirection" check box in IE View WE 1.6.4. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. I have removed the "...\browser-extension-date\ieview-we@clear-code.com" folder in Firefox (v93) profile. I can update the list of websites and the program to run, but not change any of the check boxes. I don't believe it's an MCD .cfg file in the Firefox folder because I looked at all of them and there are no ieview settings.

I even found this thread #28 and followed it, but nothing in it helped.

Suggestions?
