Acceptance Criteria

• The registrar domain table has content in it's table header (th) that says Action. The screen reader output is also Action.
• The registrar domain request table Edit and Manage column has the table header (th) content Action. The screen reader output is also Action.
• The registrar domain request table delete button is moved into the Action column next to the Manage / Edit button with 8px padding between the buttons.
• The domain request table columns align (are the same size) as the domain table.
