Procedure

Add the following to the Redeployments tracker

Follow the build and deploy instructions.

Check off each service as it is redeployed to track the overall status. Once all services have been redeployed and functionality confirmed, close this issue and check off the month on the Redeployments tracker.

Ran into an issue with my configuration that led to the creation of #303.

Another dashboard dependency issue that was resolved in cisagov/ncats-webd#24, here's hoping the Python 3 migration relieves a lot of these pain points.
