I am migrating an old code base from 2.9.4 to 3.9.1.

I noticed after following the 3.x Migration Guide that my line charts are no longer displayed with interpolated lines.

  • According to 3.9.1 documentation Line Chart Dataset Properties default value for tension is 0
  • In 2.9.4, this setting was controlled by lineTension property with default value 0.4 reference

Your Proposal for Changes

The property's new name and default value should be documented in the 3.x Migration Guide.
