目前的插件都需要一个个装，命令也是一条一条敲，能否将所有插件整合到主程序runner里，用一条命令扫描所有插件，或者支持用参数来选择插件。

目前 runner 的镜像是打包了插件进去的，可以用 runner 镜像跑一下试试

"快速开始"的run.sh就是runner吗
