[Bug] 启用http自动跳转到https之后，证书自动签署失败

What happened?

在设置中启用http自动跳转到https，然后证书签署就会失败
在safeline-tengine的日志中，会出现类似这样的日志：

acme: error: 400 :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection :: [ip地址]: Fetching https://[域名]:443/.well-known/acme-challenge/[key]: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

How we reproduce?

1. 设置中启用http自动跳转到https
2. 签发证书

Expected behavior

证书正常签发。
