Old reports not expired on Alfajores

Expected Behavior

Reports should be correctly expired after the configured time (5m?)

Current Behavior

I didn't look into this very deeply but it seems like some reports are not being expired correctly on Alfaojres. Here are the current cEUR reports on Alfajores according to the CLI:

We should investigate what's going on here and get Alfajores to a mainnet like state where there are only fresh reports and unused oracles (if any) are removed.
