Support entities without service

After reading again https://jhipster.github.io/creating-a-service/ , I change my mind about no service entities. In most cases, a service layer is useless for simple CRUDS. The only exception we have right now is when you use Elastic Search which is probably not the most common. Or if the user enhances the service somehow.
