The time for the initiation process could be different depending on devices, TTS, internet connection, and so on. We could develop a screen to show during this process.

It always helps to have some form of progress indicator and I have been evaluating sites for far too long and wish more people would think about the issue - NNgroup wrote a blog about it years ago https://www.nngroup.com/articles/progress-indicators/

Would this be a progress bar for the welcome page (before the welcome page) or for loading into the board (after user logs in and opens the board)?
