In the present case, the practices of the plagiarists constitute a violation of the Claimant's rights, given that it is blatant undue commercialization, INDUCING THE CONSUMER TO MAKE AN ERROR, in an absolutely illegal situation of UNFAIR COMPETITION that operates favorably in their interests, generating damages liable to civil reparation.

According to Brazilian legislation, applicable to the case, violating copyright with the intention of direct or indirect profit, by any means or process, of an intellectual work is a crime provided for in article 184, §1º, of the Penal Code, with a penalty of 2 to 4 years in prison.

Plagiarism causes losses to the owner of the original infoproduct and, given the nature and urgency of the present, requires the immediate removal of the page and/or parts of the pages where the unauthorized distribution of plagiarism occurs.

I express the necessary statements to comply with the requirements demanded by the platform.
