Unable to draw graphs inside vim #139

Running :TW burndown.daily gives the following error:

Terminal window too large to draw a graph.
Configuration override rc.defaultheight:0

No matter what I do, I am unable to set rc.defaultheight to a value other than 0.

Suspect this is due to #104
