Hi DST, a nice to have future fix that we would like to include for future focus (when the time is right!) is to add milestone status options along the lines of "submitted, under review and complete" to help the ops team determine actual milestone status. Currently, when you enter the date that a milestone has been received, it automatically updates the milestone as complete, which is not reflective of the back and forth that usually happens when a report is submitted. Flagging for future as this is a new feature we would like to discuss. Thanks!
