Add Postgres 15+ support for security = INVOKER #3046

 security     = INVOKER // DEFINER | INVOKER (MySQL/MariaDB only).

is listed as MySQL/MariaDB only but Postgres has support for invoker in 15 and above.

Happy to take a stab at PRing this if it's welcome.
