Test HyperKZG implementation on arbitrary/various inputs

In #60 there is an initial HyperKZG verifier implementation that we are going to use by default for the primary part of Nova proofs verification. It is derived using very simple example where polynomial size is just 8. We need to check how it works for a bigger polynomials.
