Implement Zeromorph in Solidity #30

Zeromorph is going to be a replacement for expensive IPA computation in Nova. It needs to be implemented in Solidity as well. Reference implementation is: https://github.com/lurk-lab/arecibo/tree/zeromorph (is under development)

Reference fixed branch is https://github.com/lurk-lab/arecibo/tree/solidity-verifier-zeromorph

And the e2e test used for JSONs generating is test_ivc_nontrivial_with_spark_compression

HyperKZG is selected by default, so Zeromorph is not a priority for development currently
