I can't find any documentation for the new !include and !includes syntax referenced in this PR and seen in this example.

There is no documentation for these two. There is only that example you linked.

Right. I guess what I mean is, should there be some documentation on it? If I'm reading the code correctly, !includes adds the contents of a directory, and !include adds the contents of a single file. If this is correct, I can have a go at making a PR for this page that explains that.

The YamlConfig.Config type should provide enough guidance to help you write your config in TS:

// .meshrc.ts
import { YamlConfig } from "@graphql-mesh/types";

const config: YamlConfig.Config = {
  // ...
};

export default config;
