MySQL: generate schema based on an SQL dump file

In the docs it says:

This handler allows you to generate GraphQL schema using graphql-compose-mysql based on a MySQL database schema or an SQL dump file.

How can I achieve that, to build from an SQL dump file?

MySQL handler doesn't support SQL dump files. The misleading description has been fixed with e7cbc01

The only way to use SQL dump files is SQLite handler;

Thanks, but unfortunately I need to change the schema without touching the MySQL Daatabase. E.g. I want to change enums which cause errors in the built schema and I want to add foreign key constraints to have the relations in the schema.

You don't need to do this in MySQL handler. We have schema transforms and schema extensions(additionalTypeDefs and additionalResolvers) to modify the schema and extend it with relational queries and stuff.

What kind of errors do you have about enums? Could you elaborate?

It causes errors when an enum has one of these values: '', 'true', 'false'
It's an old DB with bad design but I have to somehow handle these
