[Feature Request] Add "Simulation" button besides "Run"

We can maybe add a "simulate" button so that users get full simulation result printed as a prettified JSON (similar as how ABI is rendered).

Personally find it helpful when using run.thala.dev since that gives a very clear idea on how the transaction will end up, without having to rely on wallet implementation.
