Remove dependency:tree from ci build

Currently, all maven commands used to build repos contains the "dependency:tree" flag.
This is invoked by all modules built inside each repo, making the logs harder to read and longer to load/download.
Moreover, this information is almost always unused and redundant.
Scope of this ticket is to refactor ci scripts so that the "dependency:tree" flag is add only when the build job is fired with the "debug" option
