Pan is too sensitive

Hello there,

Maybe someone faced a case when quick clicks in the panned element move this element? (because there are micro-movements of the mouse)
Is there a way to reduce sensitivity of panning?
For example, I don't want to pan the element in case if it will be moved to 4px or less.
