I see what you're talking about. It's not caused by the script but the site itself's own CSS specifies the 2px padding to be there. However, none of the image is cut off. Though if you were worried about that, you can add a small bit of padding in the settings, via the Graphics Settings tab, you can set the border for the site to be say.. 8. This'll create a small bit of padding around the image.

Anyway, the fix should be relatively easy to add, just some css override.
