e-hentai/exhentai settings bug

Using this plugin on e-hentai/exhentai causes a problem with the user settings on said websites. If you have a hath perk allowing you to choose larger Image Sizes like 2400px or 1600px, those settings won't be saved permanently. After a while, usually only a few seconds, your settings will be reset as if you didn't have said hath perk. You also won't be able to change Image Size settings again for quite a while. Usually at least half an hour.
These problems won't occur if you set Image Size to "Auto", which will allow you to always fetch the unsampled, original files. (Which are sometimes just too huge so I want to just set it to 1600px)

This is what the wiki says:
"Any "web accelerators" or pre-fetching can cause routing issues (E-Hentai IPs are not static)."

Is there a solution to this problem?
