Unable to stop splitter event #215

In our application, we have 3 columns with different type of charts. Sometimes,When we try to resize the panel , Splitter continuously moving and unable to stop that resize event. Even we click on the screen also that event isn't stopped.
So can you please give some suggestion to fix that issue.And also I want to know, How to refresh/reload the ui-layout-container. ?
