[makeinstancesufo] & [checkoutlinesufo] multiprocessing vs progress bar, output improvement

Since multiprocessing has been added to makeinstancesufo, the performance is much improved – however, the output from the various tools called (notably, checkoutlinesufo with its progress bar) now appears in mixed-up order.

The easiest solution to this would be adding a --quiet switch to checkoutlinesufo, and updating the user about the progress in makeinstancesufo in broader terms. (At the moment, the only output from makeinstancesufo comes directly from checkoutlinesufo)
